@Sflecce @otffeo You need to address the real problem of the teacher shortage. Retired teachers are a bandaid for a major problem! What is the Ontario government doing to ensure we have more teachers and retaining the teachers we have now.

Yet another example of teacher unions opposing common sense. We know that retired educators fill critical gaps as staff absenteeism remains unacceptably high. School boards, principal associations, and government continue to call on @otffeo to reverse this decision — let's leverage experienced teachers in the classroom to support our kids.
