The worst disaster ever captured on camera

Yes, my wife. Fortunately, it’s been close to 15 years since her last one. She was afflicted with it from about ages 14 through 23. She described seeing evil looking garden gnomes walking around her floor. An old lady laying on the top shelf of their closet, peeking out through the Roladin doors. Apparently, one time when your mom came in to our room for some reason, it looks like her mom‘s eyes were gouged out and bleeding. I’m sure there was a whole host of other things that she ‘saw’ that I can’t recall right now.

I was today years old when I learned about hypnagogic hallucinations. Apparently, freaking out about them makes them worse and so does stress. Some people report seeing snakes, spiders, hornets and other terrifying creatures while others see figures, body parts, and spirits. 😳😱 Do you know anyone who experiences this or have you had this happen to you before? How do you cope with it?
