Districts, when you have an effective principal, leave them in their school. Give them a multi year contract and let them be amazing. They bring consistency, support, high expectations, improved morale, and appreciation to their staff. This creates a culture of excellence.

Had a great time running the Orange City Elem 5K yesterday! It was nice to get out there and run for the kids! Best thing about it I got to run with my bestie @carrieadevaney! To add to that, I saw a lot of my good friends out there too. What a day!
