@NicolaSturgeon Many private nursery providers entering 2020 with much trepidation due unfair treatment and underfunding from the LAs. We need action from you to ensure fair funding for every child, regardless of where they access their hours. Will you help? @2020Together @MareeToddMSP

This is unintended consequence of 1140hrs, the SNP flagship policy which failed to consider the effect on PVI businesses. We r not small, we care for almost more than one third of all nursery children 🤷🏻‍♂️

Where did they come from? What hve you done to replace the wrkfrc migration ? 1140hrs is in serious jeopardy not just bcause of covid, but mainly inadequate plan

@LucyJWhyte @STVAlison it is becoming increasingly distressing witnessing experienced ELC business owners ‘crying’ daily on our support chats. This is a major crisis right now and it is mainly caused by unequal ‘grabbing’ of ELC funding by LAs causing the migration of staff

PVI experienced staff is being lost to LAs forcing inexperienced staff to be fast tracked to senior positions 🤷🏻‍♂️ if these are our new ‘trainers’ where is the quality @ELCScotGov ?? Many r in meltdown @suzannezeedyk what effect will this have on our children @CareInspect ???????
