@MalesInDisguise Having a uterus was never the definition of a female. Where does he get that?
At best it's highly correlated, as is having XX chromosomes (or at least no Y).
But the definition in biology of what makes an organism female is the one that produces the largest gamete (egg/ovum).

@harryjsisson It proves nothing of the sort. You have no idea what a constitutional right is, do you?
English

@krassenstein "- Culture that develops among underprivileged communities."
That's a disingenuously narrow option. It could just as well be:
"- Culture."
They need not be underprivileged, and even if they are, the fact that they're underprivileged may have nothing to do with it.

As I see graphs related to which race commits gun violence against the other races more or less, I think we need to point out a few things.
All of the following is TRUE:
1) We should stop getting angry at people for posting data and instead get angry at why nothing is being done to correct the problem that the data represents.
2) One's race has ABSOLUTELY nothing to do with their likelihood to shoot or kill another person. Skin pigment and DNA do not make people shoot each other.
3) It is true that black Americans have been involved in more gun crimes than white Americans.
3) Since the above statements are true, then only the following question should be asked: "What environmental differences in society cause this to take place?"
Possible answers:
- Poverty
- A systemic problem of inequality
- Education
- Access to resources
- Culture that develops among underprivileged communities.
So when people try to point to the racial differences with gun violence, when race does not determine one's inherent tendency towards criminal behavior, they are basically recognizing that there are systemic problems.

@lizsmom09 @samthom82 @RonFilipkowski Definitely! How about you guys set the example and delete Twitter right now?
What are you waiting for? Other people leaving?
It's simply not going to happen :)
English
@samthom82 @RonFilipkowski A mass exodus may be necessary

@steven_mccraw @w_terrence Which is why the Trump administration wasn't willing to trade a major international arms dealer for him earlier. The point is not that Mr. Whalen is perfect, just that *if* the arms dealer was to be traded (shouldn't have happened at all), the marine should have gotten priority.
English

@w_terrence Does this clown ever tell the truth? The Marine Corps discharged Mr. Whalen with a bad conduct discharge as a result of his court-martial for attempted larceny, false statements, dereliction of duty, and other crimes.
English

@steven_mccraw @w_terrence Yes, let's take the Biden administration's repetition of the Kremlin's word for that :D Are you high?
English

@w_terrence Russian authorities have told the State department Whalen isn’t available because he is being held for espionage charges

@nationalistJac @pramsey342 @elonmusk <.. This goes with the faux-reality where terms like Nazi, neo-Nazi, fascist, capitalist, patriot, white supremacist, (ethno) nationalist, racist, evil, disingenuous, stupid, etc. are basically synonyms. And obviously so.
There is no arguing against this kind of delusion.

English

@nationalistJac @pramsey342 @elonmusk Don't bother. Using "Nazi" unironically in the context of 21st century US politics is proudly announcing a willful ignorance of both politics and history of the sort that using "a series of tubes" does in relation to the internet. ..>1/2
English

@Benwalburn @PaulHotchkiss12 @zothar84 @pramsey342 @elonmusk Since there is, in fact, a prompt, and you're actually not {not calling any non-Nazi a Nazi}, you have literally conveyed zero information. But at least you feel like you're doing something useful. That's what is really making your life worth living, am I right? :)

@EisenFighter @Snowden Pfft. Yeah it sucks here. Having a middle class, not knowing anyone who died of covid, universal healthcare, social safety net, vastly more wealth equality and highest median wealth in the world, not controlling women's bodies, 6% of people earning less than 10k vs 28% in the US.
English

The idea that people are, like, emerging from their deep caves, eyes blinking against the harshness of a sun whose touch they have never known, on a quest to seek specific medical advice from the glory of a white-robed Rogan is, perhaps, just the slightest bit forced.
Edward Snowden@Snowden
Nobody has stronger opinions about Joe Rogan than people who have never listened to Joe Rogan.

@garxooo @AaronFown @Timcast It totally depends on the value of the real estate that is owned. $400k is already a problem if you don't own any, but no big deal if you own a $1 million house. In the same way $400 million debt is no problem if you own $1 billion in real estate.
English
@terrence @AaronFown @Timcast 400k is normal and 400 mill is still not an issue, so where does it get to be a scary amount of personal debt?
English

@AaronFown @Timcast He owns billions in assets. Even in the event he couldn't just get a new loan (which he can, if you remember, interest is so low banks are desperate to loan out money, especially if you have real estate as collateral as Trump has), he could just sell assets to settle.
