@tessdots @Chinahand4 @UKgardenspiders I cannot see anything on the legs other than the normal spines present on all legs and in most spider species. There are some subtle differences between males and females of this species (size and markings) and when mature, presence of swollen palps would indicate a male.

This wee beastie was crawling on the ceiling in Scotland - East Lothian. A small fellow who I thought was a juvenile but what do I know. They've got good and hairy legs! @BritishSpiders @UKgardenspiders any ideas of the species? #Spiders #Biology
