Medicare waste, fraud and abuse costs American taxpayers over $60B a year. GAO says smart cards can impact 22% of fraud cases, which is over $13.2B/yr, although @Visa reduced fraud by a whopping 75% since EMV chips intro'd market-wide in 2015. We're leaning towards 75%...EMV FTW!
