All Visa cards, including gift cards are issued and managed through the financial institutions (the banks). Therefore, Visa does not have access or have any jurisdiction over cardholder accounts. In order to investigate this issue, I recommend contacting the card issuer using the number located on the back of the card. ~RM

@Visa @AmericanExpress Kind of hilarious that a card that has "UNLIMITED" printed on it is, in fact, VERY LIMITED.

Apparently when you try to spend a couple thousand dollars on a @Visa credit card, they prevent it, even after you've manually authorized it. Thankfully, @AmericanExpress worked the first attempt.

@visa, @AmazonKSA Unauthorized transaction on my SAB Visa card at Amazon KSA. Despite repeated follow-ups with @alawwalsabcare, no refund yet. Mandatory OTP verification for online transactions should be implemented, or at least make it optional security feature for customers.

@Visa Now you're just proving my point about customer service I said "I don't have physical cards." They were given to me electronically And that 800 number you suggested? It's the one that disconnected me repeatedly after collecting the card info and telling me to wait for an agent

Customer Service everywhere is awful. Called @Visa because I found 2 expired but unused Visa gift cards in my password vault I have all the info, and by law the funds don't expire, so I call Visa's 800#. Enter all the info. "Please wait for a representative". Disconnected Tried again. Disconnected. No explanation, no error message, no human to help I got these online - won them as I recall - so I don't have physical cards. No idea who the issuer is, so there's no option but to call Visa, and they just keep disconnecting me It's not a huge amount of money. Maybe $50. But it feels like the true global pandemic is "just don't give a crap about anything anymore "

Jamas usen el servicio de cobertura meduca internacional que ofrece @Visa como beneficio a tarjetas platino o Black Si te paso algo No les responden. No te atienden. Es una verguenza. Usen Master, o cualquier otra tarjeta. En Visa son delincuentes.
