Don't let a template twist your copy out of shape. In AIDA, for example, there isn't always a clear boundary between 'interest' and 'desire'. Don't repeat yourself just to fit the template – let your copy be the way it wants.

Find ways to encourage people to share their ideas. They want to feel heard. They want to be useful. They want recognition. You're only hurting yourself when you stop someone from jumping in front of a problem with their own ideas. Leaders build up those around them.
