@RailwaySeva @RailwaySeva what's wrong with this train, the delay is now more than 11.5hrs. Along with this the AC suddenly stopped working and all passengers were sweating in heat for the past hour. This is unacceptable, unaccounted and every passenger on this train shall be compensated.

Also the train has no food canteen as well, also no compensation is provided to the passengers. Totally frustrating and unacceptable.

@RailwaySeva @RailwaySeva tried calling on number to connect with customer care, when dialed and selected the options, it directly disconnected when it was about to connect to customer care almost 4-5 times. It's not a glitch, it's clearly intentional as no such service is actually available
