I'm suspicious the Disney Lucasfilm did not acquire full rights to Sigourney Weaver's likeness and thus has only made a couple of products based on her character from the new movie. Historically Lucasfilm gets extensive rights from actors. But once in a great while, they do not. And Sigourney has leverage.

@SplashFan2000 Splash mountain was genius... the rhythm of the ride, the sequence of lifts and drops is truly great. It would be a great ride blindfolded. So, the theming might be a downgrade, but the ride is still great.

Genuine question. Do you actually like TBA for the same reasons Splash fans like Splash? (Story, characters, music, atmosphere, etc.) Or do you just like it because it replaced something popular and you find satisfaction in taking joy away from others? Honest answers, please.

@thecalibae Ride designers try to throw too many things on a single ride... its interactive, its a game, its a thrill, it has great scenery, its got AR,.... and all are weak and end up.with a half assed attraction

Mario Kart ride with no AR glasses is so enjoyable and really lets you appreciate the set design throughout the ride
