جب میرا قائد اعظم یونیورسٹی میں ایڈمیشن ہوا، تو مجھے پتہ چلا کہ ایک پروفیسر ہیں جو یونیورسٹی میں ایک 'اسٹڈی سرکل' چلاتے ہیں۔ اس اسٹڈی سرکل میں زیادہ تر بلوچستان کے مسائل اور وہاں کے حالات پر گفتگو ہوتی تھی۔ چونکہ میں خود بلوچستان سے ہوں، اس لیے مجھے ایسے موضوعات پر بحث کرنے سے ایک خاص لگاؤ تھا، اسی لیے میں نے بھی اس اسٹڈی سرکل میں جانا شروع کر دیا۔ قائد اعظم یونیورسٹی اوپن ڈیبیٹ اور فریڈم آف اسپیچ کے لیے بہت فیمس ہے اور یہاں ہر بندہ کھل کر بات کر لیتا ہے۔ یہی وجہ تھی کہ وہاں کا ماحول بالکل آزادانہ تھا اور کوئی بھی بات کرنے میں جھجک محسوس نہیں ہوتی تھی۔ اسی اسٹڈی سرکل میں میری ملاقات نوشین سے ہوئی، جو یونیورسٹی میں میری جونیئر تھی۔ وہ بلوچستان کے ایک انتہائی غریب لیکن شریف گھرانے سے تعلق رکھتی تھی اور اس کا قائد اعظم یونیورسٹی میں داخلہ بلوچستان کے کوٹے پر ہوا تھا۔۔ وہ اپنے پسماندہ علاقے سے نکل کر اپنی آنکھوں میں بڑے بڑے خواب سجائے ہوئے تھی. ایسے خواب جو اس کے خاندان اور اس کے صوبے کی تقدیر بدل سکتے تھے۔ نوشین بلا کی ذہین اور ہوشیار لڑکی تھی، اور اسے بلوچستان کے معاملات اور وہاں کے حقوق پر بات کرنے کا بہت شوق تھا۔ لیکن افسوس، یونیورسٹی کے اسی آزاد ماحول اور نوشین کے جذباتی لگاؤ کا کچھ لوگوں نے غلط فائدہ اٹھایا۔ نوشین نے یونیورسٹی میں بلوچستان اسٹوڈنٹ آرگنائزیشن جوائن کر لی اور اپنی ذہانت کی وجہ سے جلد ہی اس کی باقاعدہ رکن بن گئیں۔ اب یہاں سے کہانی نے ایک خطرناک موڑ لیا. اس تنظیم کی عام طور پر جو میٹنگز ہوتی تھیں، ان میں یونیورسٹی کے اسی کھلے پن کا فائدہ اٹھا کر کھل کر دہشت گرد تنظیموں کے بارے میں باتیں کی جاتی تھیں۔ کچھ طلبہ وہاں ان دہشت گردوں کی خواہ مخواہ تعریف و توصیف کرتے تھے اور انہیں معصوم ذہنوں کے سامنے ہیرو بنا کر پیش کرتے تھے۔ اس تنظیم سے جڑنے کے بعد، آہستہ آہستہ نوشین کا جھکاؤ بھی اسی منفی اور خطرناک سوچ کی طرف ہونے لگا۔ بلوچستان اسٹوڈنٹ آرگنائزیشن کے نمائندے بڑے چالاک تھے۔ وہ اکثر یونیورسٹی کے ماحول سے دور، باہر ہاسٹلز، ہوٹلز اور کچی آبادیوں میں خفیہ میٹنگز رکھتے تھے۔ ان تمام میٹنگز میں نوشین اور اس کی سہیلیاں ضرور شریک ہوتیں، لیکن وہاں موجود کچھ لڑکے، ان لڑکیوں کی مجبوری اور ان کے معصوم جذبات کا غلط فائدہ اٹھانے لگے۔ ان کے ارادے حقوق کی جنگ نہیں بلکہ کچھ اور ہی تھے۔ یہاں تک کہ بعد میں سننے میں آیا کہ انہوں نے نوشین کی معصومیت کا فائدہ اٹھایا اور اس کا جسمانی استحصال بھی کیا۔ وہ لڑکی جو پڑھ لکھ کر اپنے گھر کا سہارا بننا چاہتی تھی، اسے بلیک میلنگ اور ذہنی دباؤ کے ایسے دلدل میں دھکیل دیا گیا جہاں سے واپسی کا راستہ ختم ہو چکا تھا۔ سب سے زیادہ افسوسناک بات یہ ہے کہ جب نوشین اپنی تعلیم مکمل کر کے یونیورسٹی سے فارغ ہوئیں، تو وہ پرانی نوشین نہیں رہی تھیں جو کتابوں اور خوابوں سے پیار کرتی تھی بلکہ ان کا پورا ذہن زہر آلود ہو چکا تھا۔ وہ بلوچستان چلی گئیں اور وہاں جا کر انہوں نے ایک دہشت گرد تنظیم کو باقاعدہ جوائن کر لیا اور اب وہ اس کی باقاعدہ رکن بن چکی ہیں۔ یونیورسٹی چھوڑنے کے بعد بھی وہ میرے پاس واٹس ایپ پر ایڈ تھی، اسی لیے مجھے اس کی بدلتی ہوئی حالت اور ان سب باتوں کا پتہ چلتا رہا۔ وہ اکثر اپنے واٹس ایپ اسٹیٹس اور اسٹوریز لگاتی تھی جنہیں دیکھ کر مجھے سب معلوم ہو جاتا تھا۔ ان اسٹیٹس میں کبھی بندوق کے ساتھ اس کی اپنی تصویر ہوتی، تو کبھی وہ جدید اسلحے کی تصویریں شیئر کر دیتی تھی۔ میں اس سارے واقعے کا عینی شاہد ہوں اور میں نے ایک معصوم زندگی کو برباد ہوتے دیکھا ہے۔ یہ ہے ان دہشت گرد گروہوں کی اصل اور بھیانک حقیقت، جو معصوم اور ذہین لڑکیوں کو اپنے جال میں پھنساتے ہیں، ان کا ہر طرح سے استحصال کرتے ہیں اور پھر انہیں اپنے شرمناک، گھناؤنے اور سیاسی مقاصد کے لیے استعمال کرتے ہیں

My heart sinks when I think about the heavy silence that has fallen over many Baloch homes this year. In the first months of 2026, coordinated militant attacks claimed 36+ innocent civilian lives across different districts. ▪︎ Fathers who left home for daily wages and never returned. ▪︎ Mothers killed while buying medicine for their sick children. ▪︎ Young students and daily workers caught in the middle of someone else’s war. Ordinary Baloch people going about their daily lives suddenly caught in the crossfire or deliberately targeted by liberation militant groups. Roads blocked. Markets empty. Families displaced. This is not 'liberation'. This is pure suffering for Baloch families who just want to live in peace. This endless cycle of violence is stealing the peace and future of Balochistan’s common people. It is not bringing any freedom — it is only bringing graves, tears, and broken families. We remember every single soul we lost.
