I am not a Dr. Nor am I an expert. Just someone whom has experienced inflammation and watched it disappear from my life.

Need some help! I’m in the best shape of my life… I’m as lean as I’ve ever been… but I have some inflammation around my knees that’s driving me crazy & no matter what I’ve tried: diet, vitamins/supplements or exercise, I can’t shake it!

Honest feedback Elon. Grok has some real major flaws. It cannot accept that it is wrong. It often is. Even when you correct it and give it more context it reverts back to being wrong. It is highly flawed. I use many of the engines and although Grok is better than GPT it is pretty low on the totem pole IMHO.
