Assassin's Creed Black Flag Resynced will have a re-design of every location in the game as all missions & locations were built from scratch.
Here's an example from the first mission, the entire path has been completely redone to accomodate the new parkour system.

It looks like the Double Assassinations in Black Flag Resynced have improved since the April world reveal. The camera cut is still present, but it's a lot smoother this time since it doesn't spin a full 180 degrees anymore and face you in the wrong direction.
