@TLRailUK Exactly, this is what has happened before and refunds fine with duplicate tickets. Could you perhaps assign to someone on Monday to look at this please? Will keep the receipts for both tickets (displaying same time of purchase from same machine)

@tobyjenn Oh really cause if purchased at station for refund you would have to go to the ticket offic, unfortunately i dont deal with refunds the monday morning team do though i can asign it over t them to assist you if you like? ^Zoe
