@TLRailUK bloke on the 17:59 from Farringdon to MHB has just pissed himself because the only toilet on the train was out of service. He had 2 pints with a client earlier hence why he was so desperate (I assume). Not good enough. Please get this fixed ASAP.

@TLRailUK another evening another delay 18:46 from Farringdon to Harlington delayed by 14 minutes. Why can’t you run trains on time, inept is not the word for it fucking woeful service!!!!

@TLRailUK Yeh tbh I was the bloke in question and the only toilet near me was out of service and train was too packed to get to a different one. The one next to the big suitcase holder if that makes sense. I didn’t piss myself btw but was very close. Carry on

@TLRailUK Hi, I need a letter confirming cancelled trains for my insurance claim. My 2 Thameslink trains were cancelled last Mon 27/07. the delays resulted in missing the boarding time. They were 12:09 w45569 and 12:02 C22640, W32888, G26192 from West Hampstead to Gatwick (1)

@TLRailUK @tlupdates Hi Max. It was near the front of the train I am guessing carriage 2 or 3 but not sure. It was rolling down the aisle - I have put it on the luggage rack. There was no one around claiming it at the time.

@TLRailUK hi there! I was told by a ticket inspector yesterday that I need to change the picture on my railcard now you’re government owned it needs to be passport style, but @thetrainline are refusing to change the photo. What do I do?
