@martypartymusic Gold is still up over 20% over 12 months, Bitcoin is down over 42%

@TXMCtrades Like how they do the FLOCK camera loophole. 3rd partying it out to a whipped participant, and suddenly its "constitutional"

This is performative. Stablecoins perform much of the same functions as far as the state is concerned: surveillance and control. And they're in a much less scary sounding wrapper.

JUST IN: 🇺🇸 US Senate passes bill to ban the Federal Reserve from creating a Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC).

@darkside2030 They mined since 2019, yet just a few months ago was utilizing US CBDC. I wouldnt bet on it, they are incompetent.

— I actually thought that if I ignored this ridiculousness, it would go away, but obviously, I have to address it, so I did. Live at 5 PM Eastern/2 PM Pacific at my YouTube channel. It’s actually kind of crazy that people believe these types of things. If you care, please listen, and obviously, many of you care because you’ve been asking in my comments. Link ⬇️

@WhiteHouse Iran is significantly larger than both Iraq and Afghanistan combined. And the US lost both of those wars. Now they are begging Iran to open Hormuz. Yet another failed attempt at pillaging resources, and being "world police". 🇺🇸

POLL: ICE has been abused by the Fake News Media at levels never seen before. They are Great Patriots who work hard, and do a fantastic job in a very hostile environment. Much of this hostility is caused by the Dumocrats and the Fake News. The concept I have had for quite some time — A strong feeling that the name of these Patriots, “ICE,” should be changed to, “NICE,” in that it will totally discombobulate Crooked, Dishonest, and Unpatriotic Reporters and Journalists. For them to say, “We went to a NICE Facility today,” as opposed to “ICE” or, “NICE Agents have deported a Violent Drug Dealer,” they won’t be able to handle it, they will go totally crazy! All it means is adding an “N” (“National”) to “ICE (“Immigration and Customs Enforcement”) — A much more prestigious name. Everyone loves it, but I have been told by the legendary Tom Homan that the Agents do not love it as much as the other population. Who thinks that we should add an “N” to change the name of “ICE” to “NICE?”
Thank you for your attention to this matter! President DJT

@Z06Z07 @saylor @phongle In the future I was wondering if it would be possible for them to have cash set aside for when it de-pegs massively. They could buy STRC to bring it back to 100, and arbitrage the peg themselves for MSTR shareholder value, while bringing more stability and confidence to STRC.
English

Hey @Saylor and @phongle. Raise the rate on $STRC, use $MSTR ATM for cash dividends and reserve.
No MSTR ATM for Bitcoin purchases until mNAV is above 2.5.
FYI, I know this was updated 10 days later, I’m just saying let the premium build up by making MSTR shares scarce.

Last week, Strategy shared $MSTR equity ATM guidance. Real-time mNAV can be tracked at Strategy.com.

@dotkrueger Mike just blocks people he disagrees with, and deletes his posts because he cares so much about how others perceive him online. Displays a persistent narcissistic ego, that gets tiring to followers.
English

@dotkrueger And because it was bought in below 100, and sold at 100, plus no interest having to be paid on that chunk, it would be profitable to MSTR shareholders and keep STRC stability. Idk
English

@dotkrueger Could Strategy keep a large cash buffer to pay the STRC yield, and on massive Bitcoin drawdowns and de-pegging events use a portion of that cash to buy STRC to bring it back to 100. Then any STRC shares created over 100, they can sell to recover the cash they put in

Strategy should stop trying to invent perpetual preferreds and create a Bitcoin-backed maturity ladder instead.
STR30, STR31, STR32, STR33, STR34.
Each security:
• Fixed maturity (2030-2034)
• Pays twice monthly
• Publicly traded
• Backed by a dedicated Bitcoin collateral pool
Example:
STR30
• Matures 10/31/2030
• $2B issuance
• Secured by 40,000 BTC
Investors can verify the collateral on-chain.
No mystery. No reset risk. No perpetual duration.
A pension fund may not buy Bitcoin.
A pension fund may not buy MSTR.
But a 2030 bond yielding 8-10% backed by 220% Bitcoin collateral?
That's a very different conversation.
Instead of building more layers of financial engineering, Strategy could create the first true Bitcoin yield curve.
Strive could also do this.

@patrickjwitt Its already nearing 2027.. Midterms will make legislation impossible. Banks have already won. We are slaves to fractional reserve banking.
