In Nano Banana 2 you can generate images with new aspect ratios: 4:1, 1:4, 8:1 and 1:8.
Try it with these prompts:
1. A 4:1 panoramic photo I took on my phone, showing the luscious jungle view from my cabin
2. A 4:1 panoramic photo I took on my phone, showing the view from my apartment, when the sunset looked perfect with rows of deep red cirrocumulus

1. @ummerrr and I have discussed multiple aspect ratios. Stay tuned, just a matter of time.
2. If you do a long press on an image (on mobile) you should get a popup that allows you to delete just that one. Let me know if that doesn't work.
3. I don't think it would be a safety issue, but it could be a serving issue. @ummerrr have you heard of any other issues related to this?

Nano Banana 2 is actually completely replacing Nano Banana Pro in @GeminiApp 🍌
I'm going to be honest, I think it's a downgrade for the most part. It's obvious that @GoogleDeepMind has a TPU shortage and this measure is supposed to help with it.

I’ve been deep diving into AI video generation over the past few months, and the number one lesson I’ve learnt, which I should have known anyway, is that the tooling can feel like a shortcut, but it’s often a detour.
Now I don’t move on to video generation until the script and the storytelling are properly nailed.
Once that’s in place, everything else gets much easier.
