Another Senior UFO Legacy Program figure currently or recently serving an executive role at Northrop Grumman - Michael Dempsey, @northropgrumman Vice President of Government Affairs and Strategy & Development for Space, Cyber, and Intelligence Prior to Northrop, Dempsey served briefly as Acting Director of National Intelligence (DNI) in 2017 following a tenure as Deputy Director of National Intelligence for Intelligence Integration in the Obama Administration from 2014-2017 under James Clapper. During the early 2010's failed Kona Blue transfer of recovered UFO materials from Lockheed Martin Space Systems Company to the AAWSAP program, Sturtevant liaised between Lockheed VP Dr. Jim Ryder and CIA DS&T Deputy Director Glenn Gaffney, who was crucial to killing the proposed transfer.
