Another Senior UFO Legacy Program figure currently or recently serving an executive role at Northrop Grumman - Michael Dempsey, @northropgrumman Vice President of Government Affairs and Strategy & Development for Space, Cyber, and Intelligence Prior to Northrop, Dempsey served briefly as Acting Director of National Intelligence (DNI) in 2017 following a tenure as Deputy Director of National Intelligence for Intelligence Integration in the Obama Administration from 2014-2017 under James Clapper. It is my understanding that Dempsey, allegedly, engaged in overseeing UFO crash retrieval and exploitation efforts housed under the National Security Council alongside James Clapper and his Principal Deputy Director of National Intelligence (PDDNI) Stephanie O'Sullivan. During this time, Dempsey served as Obama's primary intelligence briefer.... If anyone partially read Obama into legacy activities during or post his presidency OR neglected to read Obama into such activities, this would have been Dempsey. Like any good senior legacy gatekeeper, Dempsey, of course, served for many years within the CIA. These CIA positions included: Deputy Associate Director for Military Affairs, Deputy CIA Representative to the Joint Chiefs of Staff, and Deputy Director of the Weapons Intelligence, Nonproliferation, Arms Control Center (WINPAC). @ChrisUKSharp of the @LiberationTimes has some excellent work discussing how WINPAC, now known as the Weapons and Counterproliferation Mission Center (WCPMC), "produces coordinated assessments for senior policymakers on foreign advanced weapons systems and technologies across the space, air, land, sea and undersea domains, including UAP." I highly recommend reading Sharp's work to also learn how James Clapper's brief retirement from service during 1998-2001 ties into WINPAC: liberationtimes.com/home/us-air-fo… It is my understanding that recently, allegedly, Dempsey oversaw a senior role in the administration of Northrop Grumman's NHI recovery and exploitation activities under his VP of Government Affairs role. For reference, @LockheedMartin VP of Government affairs from 2006-2021 was one Mary K. Sturtevant. During the early 2010's failed Kona Blue transfer of recovered UFO materials from Lockheed Martin Space Systems Company to the AAWSAP program, Sturtevant liaised between Lockheed VP Dr. Jim Ryder and CIA DS&T Deputy Director Glenn Gaffney, who was crucial to killing the proposed transfer. He says that two of those drawings were classified by the AARO, although AARO couldn't classify anything; you had to go to other agencies that did have classification guides. So would that mean in that case that he saw something, it may not have been alien, but it was something very very sensitive that he drew."
Tim Phillips: "Correct. You are correct, AARO were not a cabinet-level office. We don't have the authority to classify. We have to go by classification guides - derivative classifiers. So they would use the classification guides, say for the Department of Defence or the Director of National Intelligence or CIA. But that's how we classify - it's called derivative classification. And he's correct. Someone would come in, and we'd look at it. If we thought it was going to compromise sensitive government capabilities secrets, there are methods and ways to protect that and classify it accordingly."

The Pentagon's UAP Office - AARO - can classify materials brought forward by whistleblowers based on the classification guides of relevant agencies. AARO had no authority to classify - the DoW & CIA, etc. would classify materials it deemed could compromise sensitive gov capabilities.

So... this just happen..... I sent @TMBSPACESHIPS a DM on March 13th, been checking it daily to see if the checkmark circle gets filled, which means he read it.
Today when I checked, it was filled.
Occasionally, the app may display a filled checkmark due to a visual bug, so it may just be that.
I'm just letting the community know, in case it means the accounts user, or the authorities, have accessed the account today.

Just a couple of weeks before @TMBSPACESHIPS account went silent & Gen McCasland dissapeared he may have dropped me clues! Many believe @TMBSPACESHIPS is a platform for Retired Air Force Maj. Gen. William Neil McCasland to disclose science & technology about Fusion and Gravity Modification. Just a couple of weeks before Maj. Gen. William Neil McCasland " dissapeared" , Its possible he dropped me very specific clues (links to posts in comments below) Whats creepy and astonishing, is that this week I was writting a research paper and his clues where some of the missing puzzle pieces, literally 100% perfect fit, he was 100% correct. Either @TMBSPACESHIPS Is Gen. William Neil McCasland or its someone pulling a prank who also happens to be a very intelligent person with a very deep knowledge and understanding of fusion science that is known by very few people.... the latter seems unlikely.

We (plural) are trying to give an off ramp (check my hearing testimony) for people to have an avenue to not burn the world to the ground. This isn't exciting, it's depressing. I love the Constitution, I love my nation I swore to die for. Ive found allies like @SunOfAbramelin and so many others.

One of these individuals (plural) is Terry Phillips, current Vice President for Security at Northrop Grumman.
Phillips formerly served as USAF SAP Security Director and AFOSI/PJ (Office of Special Projects) Executive Director.
Phillips, several directors of security, and several directors of special programs under him are integral to the legacy security apparatus.
Following service, Phillips moved on to @LeidosInc as Senior VP and CSO, now VP for Security at @northropgrumman

Senator Rounds just did something almost no one in Congress has been willing to do.
He pressed CIA Director Ratcliffe on Havana Syndrome in an open, unclassified hearing — demanding to know why the government hasn't publicly acknowledged it takes these attacks seriously.
Ratcliffe confirmed DNI Gabbard has launched a comprehensive review across the entire Intelligence Community after agencies couldn't agree on whether a directed energy weapon from a foreign adversary was responsible.
The IC has spent years dismissing these victims. A Norwegian scientist just proved the weapon works. The Pentagon bought one on the black market. And until today, Congress couldn't even talk about it in public.

Gen. Michael Carey, who had previously commanded the Twentieth Air Force and U.S. Strategic Command’s Task Force 214.
The Twentieth Air Force is responsible for maintaining and operating the Air Force’s ICBM force. In its U.S. Strategic Command role as Task Force 214, it provides on-alert, combat-ready ICBMs to the President.
Notably, while Carey and McCasland were both retired at the time, Rob Weiss was still serving at Lockheed Martin and accepted the invitation from his company email address.
