We are aware of concerns from some users regarding AQUA's Privacy Policy. As such, a new revised version of said Privacy Policy is now available at aquawallet.io/privacy/ Regardless, we would like to reiterate that prior to this change, AQUA did not collect or store any information from users. The AQUA app doesn't log anything, and there are no servers where we can collect data into. The previous Privacy Policy encompassed not only the AQUA Wallet, but also our website, customer support channels, and the third-party services that enable some of AQUA's features, all in a very exhaustive manner to provide greater clarity from a legal standpoint. Any KYC and AML mentions in the previous Privacy Policy were inserted in the "other sources" section that referred to third-party services. These services, for now exclusive to AQUA's Android version, include the ability to do Swaps or buy Bitcoin using fiat. AQUA will only redirect you to provide personal information when accessing these third-party services, or when you submit a customer support ticket via Zendesk, for example. However, the AQUA Wallet does not store this information. AQUA wallet is built on a non-custodial core and as such it does not collect any information. We value our users' privacy, yet we also aim to bring #Bitcoin to a wider audience through our many features and services. We hope that iOS users will soon be able to make use of the exact same features available on Android, all with the utmost care for your privacy and freedom.

Gary and the SUDDEN SEC SHOCK is a good lesson: Any #Bitcoin held by any of the ETF’s on offer in the US, as stipulated in the prospectus, can be seized by the US gov at any time, for any reason they deem. The ETF holder will get $USD equivalent (and pay tax) but the gov will keep your BTC Coinbase (the custodian) has ALREADY turned over private information and tracking info about their customers to the IRS. BTC ETF’s ≠ #Bitcoin
