@willreeves I am big fan of Fold debit card ever since you were on @dotkrueger space last year.
Anyway - the new UI on the mobile app, in my opinion, is horrific. These things are opinions of course. But that is mine.
Why wouldn’t you give users the ability to use the legacy interface vs. this new design? It seems like a simple UX option from a code perspective.
I may just be a curmudgeon and resistant to these types of changes. But I have worked with enough companies to have an ample contempt for the UX/CX designers in most companies.
By 2030, or sooner, none of this will matter as people will have their own agentic AI interfaces and people will never have to look at another website or app again.
