Reminder that ACA enforced efficiency and effectiveness from providers to deliver the care expected, transforming the healthcare arena. There are initiatives performing around being efficient and waste averse, but thoughtful laws have been addressing that. #ACA

Bianca Censori has gone too far. She’s previously gone topless, which generally can’t be prosecuted. But exposing genitalia crosses the line to criminal. Hopefully, the LA City Attorney will do her job and file misdemeanor charges. Since everyone asked, Ye, formerly known as Kanye West, can also be prosecuted under Penal Code 314(2).
