we just automated our shipping, inventory ops and ad campaigns with AI models :) so here’s what I actually means, every time an order comes in and the product is in stock, it gets automatically shipped without anyone touching it. the shipping label is generated and sent directly to our warehouse team. the only manual step is the stock in process and that too just happens through a g-form. we also automated our ad campaigns. earlier one of our team member had to manually set up and schedule every campaign. now we just upload the ad creative link in a sheet, mention which platform we want it live on, and with one click it’s scheduled or live. that’s it. in total this is saving our ops team nearly 2-4 hours every single day where everything used to be done manually. and honestly this is just the beginning, a lot more in the pipeline that i’ll keep sharing as and when it’s stable and working without errors. and the best ( fun ) part? I ( no one from our team is ) am not a coder. built all of this in 3-4 weeks. honestly couldn’t sleep for the first 6 days just thinking about what else is possible. once you start, imagination is the only limit.
