Spent 3 hrs going down the rabbit hole of celebrity led brands in India So far: 1. Found interesting facts about the cos operated by Food Pharmer & Flying Beast (will take permission before sharing, news failed to cover these) 2. Identified companies I want to deep dive into individually (starting with Kay Beauty by Katrina) 3. Wrote a script for the next Breakdown video!

Yeah, but the one thing that remains constant is solving the customer's problem. If the current LLM that you are using is solving the problem, just stick to it. Experiment with the new ones that come, but if what you're doing is working right now, just keep on using it because that's what the customer cares about. This is what we have done for our Ai sales agent on Whatsapp.

If you’re building AI bots, agents or whatever we want to call it today, then you know the headache that starts when new models show up. It doesn’t end until everything is working at least as good as it was before the model dropped. Not to mention all the FOMO of not testing the new one(s) for your workflows. Figuring out what it degrades, breaks, improves and/or makes obsolete is quite a painful journey. Better models don’t mean instant improvements for your agents. Quite the opposite.

Quality Vs Quantity. The AI Summit in Delhi was a PR exercise..... honestly, if you want a productive event, the last thing you want is VVIPs showing up and ruining the show because they bring with them a lot of baggage of formalities and security and what not.....and all they care about is giving a speech, and honestly, nobody wants to even listen to them.

@brahma_4u Man, I hate to be a pessimist, but it seems insanely difficult, especially because our bureaucrats just have a lot of talk and very little execution. There is great execution happening, but it's like a needle in a haystack if we talk about competing with China.

India needs 100+ cities atleast to just start thinking about being a competition to China.

"OMG, Opus 4.7 is eating into my daily usage !!" Stop using Opus wrong. Opus is for planning. Sonnet is for execution. Using Opus for day-to-day tasks is overkill. Big time.

Woke up at 6am, finished claude budget by 9am, now waiting for the reset, working throttled till then. The greatest reward hack is cheap intelligence.

I edited the intro because I realized I buried the lede originally- The 1M context window is a double-edged sword. It allows Claude to do more complex tasks but it can also leads to more context pollution if you don't manage your session well. This is how you do that:

Just read the whole thing. Loved it. Last month I decided not to pursue a few things cause I wasn't enjoying it and it was draining me. I already feel good about not doing those things anymore...but reading this article I feel even better, so this is awesome. Thanks for sharing.

Find someone who genuinely cares. A mentor. A founder. A VC. An advisor. A customer. Life’s too short to work with people who don’t give a sh!t. It might end up being the greatest moat of them all.

996 is China's infamous tech grind: 9am-9pm, 6 days a week (72+ hours). Nikunj's essay calls out the "performance theater" of it—people posting suffering screenshots and commit counts like medals. His point: you can't compete with fun. Intensity without belief burns out. Real edge is loving the work so much hours vanish. Missionaries play; mercenaries clock.
