Manchester duo Dimeji Sadiq and Saffron Mir launched Vegan Shack in 2019 from their small 1-bed apartment. By 2022 the company was generating £300,000+ in revenue with 1 location. Vegan Shack now has 3 locations across Manchester & London, and is valued at £1.6M.
