@FiveGuysUK don't mind paying your prices but the wife has been in your Hemel Hempstead branch for 22 minutes !! All we wanted is two shakes. We won't be visiting again. Absolute jokers. Will we get our shakes before it closes .... who knows 🤷🏻‍♂️

@FiveGuys So the offer is US & Canada only? I should have been following @FiveGuysUK but I do recall you had a UK offer that ended up leaving some disappointed due to demand and you were due to repeat it/do something else I’ll admit my error but it’s not nice to be left out, Five Guy’s!

@FiveGuysUK Why is BBQ sauce an option to add on to your burger if you never add it? Genuine question - been to two and ordered it both times and both times no bbq sauce.

@FiveGuysUK been waiting for a deliveroo order for over an hour and a half from your Hemel restaurant. Have called it over 14+ times over the last hour and every time it says user busy. Have they just unplugged their phone to avoid disgruntled customers? Can you contact them?

@FiveGuysUK placed an order at 11.25, waiting on “accepted” for over an hour and a half. If you try to cancel, says you’ll be charged. 2 hours later apparently it’s being prepared!? No answer at the restaurant. No one on JustEat available! Eaten elsewhere, what a joke!!

Pretty poor from @FiveGuysUK, 2 days after opening #FestivalPark #Stoke, their website for collection or delivery orders is not only not working, but now fails to list their new restaurant as an option !🙄
