This is outrageous.. Not a single person on my flight is masked up while we’re in the middle of a double pandemic (Covid + Hantavirus). I politely informed the flight attendant that this is a super spreader event. She just shrugged and walked away. I've already filed a formal complaint with the FAA and CDC. This is reckless and cannot stand. Masks save lives, the science is settled on that.

People who want to blow off Hantavirus because COVID turned out to be no big deal: COVID had a fatality rate of 1%, concentrated among the elderly. Hantavirus has an incubation period of up to 8 weeks and kills 30-40% of people who show symptoms. Whole different beast. It’s not pandemic yet and probably won’t be, but if it were, the rational action would be—lockdown

Urgent! 600k jobs held by spouses of H1B+ visas. This was specifically not authorized by Congress. One EO and it is gone! Jobs for Americans!
Gigapeace@Gigapeace4

@WallStreetApes Here is easy one - 600K+ jobs will opens up in next 2-3 weeks just by ending H4 EAD visa today (H1b spouse). Everyone should ask their reps to push to end this visa. It can be ended today as it was given by EO/DHS with no congress approval It doesnot need deportation too

@fworksconfetti @EllenBarryNYT @betswrites I agree. The focus needs to be helping people who are addicted (in a very real way) to SSRIs, not on the physical appearance or political affiliations of the individuals.

A lot of you being awful about Ella here including her appearance (Why? Are you all oil paintings?). I didn't expect this to go wild and I can't reply to everyone. But as someone who also started an SSRI as a young person: Growing up is fucking hard. You get your heart broken with your first crush... You get adults pressuring you with endless questions about "What do you want to do when you grow up" even though you can't think beyond lunch... You're confused about where you fit in in life... You've got to study and get good grades but not do it too much and too well or you'll get your classmates hating on you... You cringe at everything your parents do but woe betide anyone who's not you that says a bad word about them... You argue with your parents but you need to assert yourself and don't know how to do it without falling out with them... You haven't got exactly the right words for things you want to say but boy do you need to say them... All while one part of you still wants to play in the sandpit and another part of you wants to be treated like a grown up. Give her a break. And give all young people a break for that matter.

Ella Emhoff, stepdaughter of former Vice President Kamala Harris, from 16 December last year: "...I'm just sitting here crocheting, waiting for a friend, and I was just listening to this podcast that The Wall Street Journal put out about SSRIs and anti-anxiety meds and kind of the over-prescription of them in America. "And it was making me think a lot because I've been on SSRIs for over a decade, almost fifteen years probably, and they were calling out the lack of research on long-term use of these things. "They were calling out the lack of information that doctors give about coming off of these meds and kind of the psychological effects they can have. "And it really got me thinking how little I've thought about that, naively, obviously. "But I've noticed that every time I've gone off of it for a week or missed it or for whatever reason, like, it has been really hard for me, and I've had a really hard time. "And I guess this is just something I was wondering if you guys have thought about or relate to or kind of consider when you're thinking about going on meds like that. "Because I don't know if this is something that I feel like is being talked about enough because I feel like so many of us are on these meds, and this is, like, actually happening. "Like, people get off of them, and they kind of break down, and it can be really bad. So yeah, I guess I just want your general thoughts."

FFS, they're doing it again: Deb Birx, former Covid Task Force Coordinator, calls for "widely available" PCR "testing" for hantavirus, hints it should be used in schools "Because we're not testing populations... we don't really know whether there are subclinical cases" "There could be more human-to-human transmission than we actually see" "It's never good to track viruses through symptoms, we should be tracking viruses through blood tests like PCR, we learned that with Covid" "Many universities were able to open and schools were able to open because they provided weekly testing" "We need to make testing more widely available to those who need it"

This is an incredible tactic that Red states should be employing everywhere. Honestly, just dissolve local governments at this point for most Blue cities. They've repeatedly proven that they can't govern themselves. There's literally zero reason for cities like Memphis or St. Louis to still have city councils or mayors that serve as nothing more than patronage machines to prop up Leftism in a state where it would otherwise cease to exist. Dissolve the city councils, abolish the office of mayor, and have the Governor directly appoint a Viceroy to rule these cities with an iron fist.
Aric Toler@AricToler

This basically happened in Missouri. There was a statewide vote to force Kansas City to allocate at least 25% of its local budget to police funding. It passed, despite the city voting against it 66-34. So the rest of the state got to vote on and determine 25% of the KC budget.

Dr. Pierre Kory exposes a massive media anomaly. He reveals over 100,000 articles were published globally about Hantavirus in days. He confirms this massive coordination is entirely unnatural. Why is a minor outbreak suddenly consuming the global media cycle?

Pretty easy to see who started the gerrymander war. If republicans started it then democrats would have a bunch of states they could gerrymander to retaliate. But they don’t, because they’ve already gerrymandered most of their states.

So the Judge that authored the opinion forcing Utah to redraw their Congressional map (which added an absurd Democrat seat) just resigned after her ex-husband alleged she was having an affair with the plaintiffs attorney in the redistricting case that she presided over….
