Never in my wildest dreams did I imagine becoming a Netflix star. I am truly humbled. Thank you to all my supporters who believed in my message of wellness and metabolic equity.

I am fed up with so-called “healthcare” workers in my hospital still eating meat and animal products in the break room. As a nurse with decades of experience, I took matters into my own hands and posted this sign. If you work in healthcare and still consume animal products, you are literally undermining public health. Do better. Full stop.

My beautiful and brave trans granddaughter is so smart and ahead of her time. She’s been vegetarian/vegan for most of her short life already, but she said to me, “Grammy Patsy, I want to see what the fuss is all about with meat.” I grudgingly said okay and boiled her up a steak. She took one bite and immediately said “Never again.” So proud of her for rejecting that toxic carnivore nonsense. We all need to protect our trans youth and protect the planet. 🌱 ❤️ 🙏

I’m truly saddened and sorry it came to this. It broke my heart, I never wanted to expose her to such cruelty. But sometimes, as elders and educators, we have to let the youth learn through direct experience. She took one bite and immediately rejected it, reaffirming her compassionate, plant-based values. I’m still processing my own guilt, but it was necessary. 😭🌱
