Been reading all the discussion about the color grading change of Dhurandhar on Netflix - they kinda Game-of-Thrones’d it with that darker, crushed-contrast look. Not my preference, but manageable. What really felt off was the audio mix. Watched it on a big projector with a proper sound setup, and the dynamics just weren’t there - hype scenes didn’t hit like theatres, bass felt flat, and dialogues sounded uneven/odd in places. #Dhurandhar #DhurandharTrendingOnNetflix

My annual MRI scan gives me a USB stick with the data, but you need this commercial windows software to open it. Ran Claude on the stick and asked it to make me a html based viewer tool. This looks... way better.

@svembu I differ here. You ask Opus 4.5 who is ready to deal with complex scenario. If someone is good at articulating the problem, Agentic AI should be able to provide a detailed architecture. Tip: Just copy paste multiple organisation repo which are related. Thread 1...

AI makes senior architects more productive and reduces the need for junior engineers. The architect needs to understand the requirements as well as the technology stack well, to be able to guide the AI and fine tune its output. But if we don't have junior engineers, we don't get to train the next generation of architects - after all how does someone become a software architect without being a junior engineer first? I am still thinking through how this gets resolved.

@svembu Have some kind of Knowledge graph mapping across systems. And assign mcp to each node. Let the Agent traverse through the knowledge in most logical way. This reduces Hallucinations significantly.

Yesterday we had a tech town hall in Zoho where we did a code review of the C++ code generated by the Claude Opus 4.5 model. It went on for hours late evening. I now have a much clearer understanding of what these models do well: they are able to stitch together systems well, taking data from one system, reshape it and pass it to another system. There is often a lot of such "glue code" in these systems and that is not very complicated but it is very tedious. In general, AI models have "memorized" all the open source too and they are able to recall patterns from them (with some possibility of hallucination). They are also able to stitch various open source pieces together well. Our senior engineer had guided ("orchestrated" is the right word) this process. When the AI was stuck he helped "unstuck" it. This was a very vital contribution and without his experienced guidance, the AI output would not be useful. We examined several C++ files with thousands of lines of code in each, looking for what I consider complex code. Most of it was straightforward glue code and only a tiny part of it was complex. I suspect that the AI generated code tended to be needlessly verbose but I have to study it more to be sure. On the whole, I am both impressed and not super awed. I believe we can do better 😏

Also an unsolicited advise, easy to be sensationalise and misunderstand, easier to check if the information is updated or not. My tenure as an MP and my work on the MPLAD funds won’t be maligned basis of half baked facts. I have worked hard for all that I stand for and my commitment towards people’s funds and their development, I won’t be a bystander to this judgement based tweet and I quote “Minimal utilisation isn't a technical lapse, it's a performance failure. @svembu I was able to create a digital twin, found out capability maturity model for Digital twin,where we stand,which backend to use and finally created a working prototype in 1 week. True Consultant level of insights through opus 4.5 and than implementation all in 5 days.

Yesterday one of our experienced engineers who works in my R&D team, showed me an assembly and machine code security tool he built in his spare time over the past month. I did not know he was building it. I was blown away by the depth and breadth of the tool. He has developed this alone, in a month, what a team of 3-4 would have taken a year at least. He told me he found the Opus 4.5 AI model to be a game changer. Until that model, he was not all that enthusiastic about AI generated code but now he has revised his opinion. This is how we learn in Zoho - we let smart people experiment and find new path ways. Anyway, powerful machine looms have arrived for software development (challenging the handloom weavers that we have been in software) and the implications are enormous. At Zoho, we have our work cut out, and as Chief Scientist, I am under pressure. Wish us luck 🙏

i was tired of stupid people on road so i hacked my helmet into a traffic police device 🚨 while i ride, ai agent runs in near real time, flags violations, and proof with location & no plate goes straight to police. blr people - so now ride safe… or regret it.
