@terpsmike @BankYong We might have to argue to get it overturned, but FIFA site has it as 2 yellows for Scotland now. Apps will probably refresh / stat correct later, hard to imagine the FIFA one will be wrong and it looked like the ref carded him in real time...

A marcação do pênalti a favor do Flamengo é corretíssima. A regra do jogo é clara sobre isso: o jogador do Cricíuma, deliberadamente, chutou um objeto estranho que estava no campo na bola do jogo. Isso é falta. Dentro da área, é pênalti.
