A bit of personal news: Today was my last day as a reporter for @thenewstribune. Next week I start a new job as recreation communications consultant for @waDNR. I’m sad to leave journalism but excited for a change.

@thenewstribune Couldn’t ask for a better colleague. Such a big-hearted, caring person. I’m so glad I got to work with her. Even though she was a “food critic” there was never any elitism about her. Sue was a champion of good food and good people. Truly sad news.
