@weaknessrequiem as someone with bpd i relate to the feeling but i strong advise you to unlearn this behaviour. it won't do you any good and is only going to push your loved ones away from you. there is only so much other people are gonna endure. its on you to try and calm yourself during splits

@Christomisty I am , yes ! They completely accept I have bpd, and I'm literally going through therapy to help me with my bpd :) , I also take meds, but I do sometimes have these extreme breakdowns ^_^
