Технически, пиратство - не воровство, потому что автор ничего не теряет. Автор не лишается своего происхождения, а недополучает теоретическую прибыль.
Если я куплю бумажную книгу и дам почитать её друзьям - вы же не назовёте это пиратством? Если я куплю диск с фильмом и его посмотрят члены моей семьи - это точно также будет абсурд, но они не платили за просмотр.
