Good morning 🫡 This song always gets me in the right mindset I’m nowhere near being a millionaire, but I’m a lot closer than I was a year ago. That’s enough motivation for me. One day at a time 📈 What’s the one song that gets you going in the morning?

All an investment in your future self if it’s keeping you accountable, on track and motivated. I was talking to one of our members who is in his late 60’s and recently retired. He spends £320 a month on personal training with us and he said this is now his pension, he’s investing in his health and fitness now after neglecting it so he can actually enjoy his retirement for many many years

One of my biggest flex’s is actually my health. For someone who was over weight and never ran in their life to achieve this it’s mind blowing. I started my fitness journey at 28 years of age. I’ve ran a sub 19min 5km. And a sub 1:30 half marathon.
