decent day sales definitely slowing down makes sense as it’s very seasonal will hit $50k+ days next Q4 with this product. november + december = $660k+ missed october this was my first Q4. next year we go all in🫡

This is one of the brands I'm dedicating all my time to scaling. We're only using static ads and started a week ago with a new ad account. We're doubling the budget every day, maintaining between 2.5 and 3 ROAS. If all goes well, we'll be at 10k/day in less than a week, and I'll be able to start scaling the next brand.

Its quite defeating cause i dont know what im doing wrong and it feels like im making the same mistakes over and over. Just finished my exams and im about to turn 20 so i really need to lockin and just yolo everything i have.

Quick update its been 4 months and unfortunately I dont have much good news to share. I was hoping to have some exciting progress to share but I genuinely have accomplished shit. Had a few stores that were doing okay numbers but they were all running at a loss.

@weiecom Would build my own but with an operator partner. I wouldn't have learned nearly as much if AI was around when this happened though. Building/scaling "manually" dramatically leveled up my knowledge and skillset and now augmented with the robots it's compounding

My card once got declined for an $11 breakfast at JFK airport. Things change fast once you flip that invisible switch of self doubt to the OFF position.
