mfs always want shortcuts and think ai will learn their market for them. but the money isn't in the surface level understanding of your market (which is what ai can do now) The money is in knowing your people so well you know the exact conversation they're having at 3am with their spouse cause they can't sleep from worrying about the problem thats the shit ai can't give you (yet)

biggest unlock I’ve had with increasing my win rate on new creatives is reverting back to manual research - reddit forums - curated tiktok fyp - answer the public - joining FB groups my avatar are in - amazon reviews - trustpilot - youtube comments - competitor’s ad comments - post purchase survey data manually doing this forces you to actually read & digest the information your knowledge on the avatar becomes your edge vs your competitors who just do deep research with GTP & don’t even read the doc build out a notion document for each avatar/angle you have and when doing manual research, start to build out your notion documents with screenshots, phrases etc. keep doing this and you’ll find you are far less reliant on AI writing your scripts, and you genuinely know how to connect & communicate with your avatar - the way your structure your sentences - the words that you use - the objections that you know to handle all of these make a huge difference in performance execute on this & your scripts and ads will massively improve

I did some consulting with vshred and was in a mastermind with vshred and sherpa a few years back. Not sure how that's relevant though? Noom built a billion dollar business off of a quiz path. Huge scale being done in IQ, parenting, relationships, supps, wl, bizopp, ADHD, insurance, and many others right now Not to mention p much every major consumer app with a hard paywall

This fucked with my head a lot over time. I would go down these rabbit holes of reading books and obscure research papers to figure out what makes people tick. Then I'd go out in the field, test out the ideas, and most of the time they flopped Found it helped if i looked at info as "cool ideas that might come in handy if the opportunity arises"

All humans have a certain set of psychological drivers that move them toward or away from any given message. The main ones (a la cialdini) are somewhat universal. But the real magic comes in the nuance around each one based on the person/audience they are being used on. Conversion comes from using them wholesale. Real scale comes from properly adapting the how they're delivered to the people you're using them on
