Labour breaks another promise to Waltham Forest – this time by leader Grace Williams. In their 2022 manifesto, they pledged to build the borough’s 1st new lido since 1936 – a project Williams proudly championed. A few years later, the Labour-run council scrapped those plans.👎

With no action from Grove Green’s 3 Labour councillors, Lib Dem activist Arran Angus has stepped in, liaising with gas workers on Grove Green Road & pushing Waltham Forest Council to arrange a special bin collection for residents whose bins were missed due to the roadworks.
