Dear @vuecinemas, I had ticket for film at Vue Islington on Sun Mar 1st. When I turned up, the cinema was closed, with no explanation. I went in person on Monday & was told had to contact your customer services. No phone number, no email, useless chatbot. How do I get my refund?

@haringeycouncil Your resident parking permit site won’t let me renew my permit. I spoke to the relevant department and the guy told me to fill in the online problem interaction. Which I did. I just received an email from that department telling me to phone. So can you contact me to stop this ridiculous going round in circles.
