@MicrosoftHelps None of this was suggested in the many hours of on-line chat I've had with Microsoft. Thanks for wasting two weeks of my time! (In this period I had changed my email address with the 95% of companies that I could without sending a link to my old address.)

@MicrosoftHelps I decided to make a Subject Access Request to the Microsoft EU Data Protection Officer. To do this I had to login via my Microsoft account (but not directly into Outlook). Then I could confirm/change my security credentials, after which amazingly I could access my emails!

@MicrosoftHelps I have been locked out of my Outlook email account for two days. I get approved in the Outlook app, but then it says it can't send a code to my phone. None of the online help works. This is causing me major problems.

@MicrosoftHelps So @MicrosoftHelps only respond to my DMs when I also post publicly. I have done everything they suggest, but am still locked out of my emails. I don't think they appreciate how much damage this is causing to me. To say that they can't remedy it is simply unacceptable.

@MicrosoftHelps I am still locked out of my email (now for three days) and @MicrosoftHelps hasn't been able to help. It means I can't access my tickets for future events and trips, nor some of my financial accounts. Don't use Outlook for your emails, if you don't want this to happen.

@Eurostar But can I claim compensation for alternative travel to get me home today? Which will be by Eurostar.

@whitenigel Your point of sale will refund your initial booking, but won't refund your new booking unless it's cancelled as well.  The website is currently down due to the larger number of passengers trying to change their booking. Could you please try again in a few minutes?

@Eurostar My train from Paris to London today is cancelled. Will you refund me if I book from Liile to London this evening?

@Eurostar That doesn't answer my question. I can get to Lille by bus - but need to book Lille to London ticket for this evening. Also, your website is not letting me checkout - just says there is a problem & I should contact you.

@whitenigel Hello Nigel, If your train is cancelled today, you will have the possibility to ask for a full refund.  Kind regards

An eye-opening evening with @SayeedaWarsi on the ingrained prejudice towards Muslims. I learned a lot, caused me to think, and I was very impressed with the way she presented her argument.

@SamYTFC Brno is lovely if you want a large, but unspoilt by tourism, city. Also, most of the smaller cities in Czechia and Slovakia are interesting, but won't take more than half a day to a day to explore.

Which is better to visit, Cologne or Munich?
