@MicrosoftHelps I've paid for OneDrive Family for about a decade. Never missed a payment. I went 690MB over my 1TB quota - that's 0.07% over. Your system deleted my ENTIRE 1TB drive. Not the 690MB delta. Everything. A decade of files and irreplaceable personal photos, gone. No phone call. No text. Just an email that went to spam like all your notification emails do - you know this happens, yet that's still your only warning method for something this destructive. "Restore your OneDrive" is also broken: it throws a Personal Vault error after successful identity verification, on multiple browsers, blocking any recovery attempt. I have an open case (#7105623468). I need this escalated and answered today: is there a backend restore point available for my account, yes or no?

My email receives tons of spam and phishing mails and easily bypassing your security, but when I build a useful authentic app running it over more than 3 months, it still goes to Junk mail and it doesn't even go through Organization emails! SCL : 5 given @MicrosoftHelps

@MicrosoftHelps There is a major issue with the Snipping Tool's auto-save functionality. It frequently fails to save screenshots on the first try. After capturing a screen, the file is often missing entirely from the folder. Please look into this bug and fix the saving reliability asap

1 of 2 - Maybe it's time @Microsoft put AI to actual good use and fix a problem that has plagued Windows for decades? Uninstalling an app or game leaves behind fragments in both registry and folders that could easily be tracked using copilot during install/uninstall process.
