@DC70_109 @Wickes @Mattallwright Two bathrooms installed by Wickes and both are a complete mess. Poor tiling, gaps everywhere, unfinished sealant, unstable flooring and items missing that I’ve actually been charged for. Weeks of chasing, barely any communication, and still no proper plan to fix it.

@Wickes Waited all morning for a delivery of flooring! After the allotted time slot I’m told I have to call bc there is a problem with my delivery. Driver damaged my stuff and now I have to wait till next week. Fitter is booked for today/tomorrow! Wickes want me to rearrange!!!

@Wickes you put in an order then no one bothers to turn up. You call customer services useless,you ring the store cannot give you an answer as to why the delivery failed. but they took my money quick enough. USELESS do not use or order from Wickes you will waste your time

Anyone thinking of getting a kitchen through @Wickes don’t. After care service is a disgrace and apparently a 6 day fitting taking 4 weeks is acceptable.

I waited in all day on Good Friday for my @BandQ order to arrive and then receiving a text at 6.30pm to say it wasn’t going to arrive😡, and then receiving no communication from them to say when it would be re delivered . I decided to re order with @wickes. Arrived on time. 👌🏻

@Wickes absolutely shocking service from Wickes! Left a delivery in a 'safe place' (middle of front lawn) it got stolen, Wickes & courier have said "there's nothing they can do"! Will never use again!

@Wickes what is going on? I placed an order on 30th March was supposed to arrive 1st April, still nothing!! Phoned your customer services numerous times and nobody can/will sort it out!! I even asked to cancel my order and im told I need to wait….!!!! Wtf!

@Wickes I emailed your customer services team on 21/02 re a leaking shower screen. I received an email 23/02 telling me that "I have raised this issue with the relevant team, and they should reply shortly". I have heard nothing further despite me emailing 3 times since!!!

@Wickes my online review A Major Flaw There is a major flaw in the manufacture of these handles. The 'stops' in the opening mechanism that provides the distance the handle travels to open the door is not sufficient to fully pull the latch to open the door.

@Wickes hey when you guys hire delivery companies try better than XPD. Delivery scheduled 1:46-3:46 the driver has been close to the area multiple times. I didn’t go out, I called Wickes and was told 7-7 and it’s now 10pm guess what… No delivery
