I just learned of Don Fizz’s (aka Richie) passing and am saddened. Richie worked hard for the $MMTLP community (and all the communities). He was tireless in his efforts and cared deeply for those he got to know on a personal level. There is no doubt he had his demons, and struggled at times to keep them under control but at the end of the day he gave a shit and dedicated a tremendous amount of time to the cause as best he could. I’m glad I got to know him as well as I did and will miss his random phone calls at 4AM and pleas to help him write an email or a letter or free legal advice. He was a true New Yorker through and through and he will be missed.

Great news for $GTII shareholders, as the court action we requested has locked up all those questionable shares to prevent dilution. We are working to structure the deal correctly to protect our IP and the $GTII shareholders. Details will be few until it is finalized, but I see that happening quickly. The reason for the additional requests from us is because of the obvious corruption uncovered by the receiver in his reports. We were adamant that the shares needed to be locked up and in the process of being returned to the company before we moved forward with closing the transaction. Precisely … especially when Mr Ken Griffen believes that “money mangers” should set the price of securities because “they are in the best position to know the value of the company”. All in the name of “efficient markets”. No small cap company with any level of innovation will be able to raise money unless Mr Griffen deems it valuable.

Why should any investor invest (not trade) in an American smallcap/microcap PUBCO when supply for the shares is essentially infinite and at any time-that company can be targeted for attack, their stock price be made worthless, and their ability to raise capital (the whole reason to be a PUBCO) is vaporized...!? That is the reality. Supply has become completely arbitrary and share price completely delinked to any true measure or "value" of the company.
