@ContourAirlines, do yourself a favor & stay away from this airline. It is like an island mentality and they wont get you there because of mechanical issues (5 hours), but will declare weather as soon as storms come in so no hoteI flew once, 2nd was cancelled- never again.

@ContourAirlines unimpressed based on 1st exp. Online says arrive 2 hours before scheduled departure. 25 mins waiting and nobody at the IAD counter. Called customer service to inquire and Amanda had no clue and no ability to assist. Said they may be “a little backed up” wow.

@MichaelsStores On 4/12/25-1:55 PM, placed online order for same day pick-up. 3 items in order. Would be to store by 9 pm to get. Arrived at 8:10 PM with the worst customer experience. After 35 mins, I left with my online order. Office of Pres. hasn’t responded to my email.
