@EstoEsOroChata I hope you understand this right: Just play Blitz Bg, always go where a healer is, stick to it, 1950 will come for free, it takes little skill because the rating system is inflated. All it takes is a bit of time.

How does blizzard design a boss fight that requires an addon when they stated they want to get rid of addons like why are they so bad at their job

It’s insane that all this addon blocking is not working and it’s happening exactly as predicted, those with addons and the ones that find stuff will succeed and advance. Blizzard devs can’t compete with all the addon creators. It’s honestly embarrassing what they are offering.

The real reason for this weird tuning is that the other classes need to be in a spot for rogue and mage to shine in 3v3. Wait out, priest will rise after Druid.

„Enhancement has outlier burst potential with Tempest, so we’re toning down, so that it’s easier to react to its burst.“ Randomly getting hit by 100k rising sun kick or every 30 seconds getting killed by sub rogue, how would be easier to react in this case ? @WarcraftDevs

Nerfing primordial storm first, then nerfing tempest which is totally rng anyways causing enhancement shaman to play some sketch build in pvp - please hire me and I’ll rework this entire class so that it’s actually enjoyable @Warcraft @WatcherDev

whats even the point of this UI restriction stuff if we just make all these work arounds? we go from needing 100 weakauras to 100 addons?

@EllesmereGaming I don’t know if this could possibly help - the addons MiniTrinketGlow and Arc's Maelstrom Weapon Resource use glow and some sort of stack tracking. Maybe you find something in their codes. @EllesmereGaming

@windfurybot Unfortunately that’s strictly blocked by blizzard. I know a few ppl have wanted that feature, I can make create a hack workaround by checking text length (for double digits?) or something like that lmao lemme get back to you

@EllesmereGaming great addon for button glow, any chance i could get a custom code i can put myself in there or you make it also for stack count? I want a button glow but only when maelstrom weapon / Raging maelstrom hits 10 stacks

@EllesmereGaming King, thank you! Unfortunately They removed the default glow of Lightning Bolt at 10 stacks and left no option for it

January 21 - 130% buff to healing surge, spell actually feels good, shaman defensives are saved January 28 - 47% nerf to healing surge, spell feels useless again, shaman is squishy AND healing surge is now not instant between 5-9 stacks (not how enhance is meant to work)

@Thdlock @Zerothiaan I worked this with threatplates before, now as you mentioned the default settings in the game do not give this option, which looks so good - locked behind a command, idk why they don’t just simply add it as a default option, no friendly healthbars, just names in classcolors

@Zerothiaan @windfurybot Yes it is since the original friendly nameplates worked prior to patch 7.2 and it was requested back then to get class color friendly plates but they never did it so happy they finally did it

Pro tip just install a bunch of addons on prepatch day trying to make the default UI work is not a thing and you can make your old UI again it just takes 10x the effort.
