This is not another symptom list.
Actual physics of why minds crystallize or melt.
Let me explain it clearly, step by step.

Imagine water in three states:
Vapor
Total freedom. Molecules flying everywhere.
No shape, no structure, no self stability.
Liquid
Responsive, adaptive, alive.
But no permanence. No long horizon structure.
Ice
Movement is constrained.
And suddenly something new appears:
strength, clarity, geometry, reflection.
Ice is not water forced into rigidity.
Ice is what water becomes when the right conditions align.
