@theficouple Oversimplified. 100% invest, but it’s not just house vs stocks. You need a cash allocation in there to cover mortgage payments for 6-12 months (i.e. emergency fund). Once your portfolio eclipses the loan balance by a certain amount, you can consider reducing that cash.

False. Every investor needs a well diversified portfolio tuned to their risk tolerance. If that nets 10k in cash, great. Rebalancing takes care of “buying the dip”.

Maybe I shouldn’t, but I expect better from Adam. React Native *is* native, and there’s nothing you can do in native that you can’t in a React Native app. Whenever a client has asked “can you do this in RN that we did in native” we have been able to deliver that experience or better. I’m very familiar with native iOS developers’ objections to React Native. (Native Android devs are more open to it.) The reality is that I *was* that native iOS dev, 12 years ago, and when RN came out I was skeptical. But it has proven itself over and over. I often say that iOS devs are the hardest to win over but once they are won over, they become amazing RN devs, and some of the biggest advocates. Much more to say on this topic but I have to go for now.
