Seeing a lot of people expressing skepticism over the 250,000 number. My impression is that no one has the foggiest clue what the actual count is, since the government has carefully avoided documentating the ethnic backgrounds of perpetrators, so the best anyone can do right now is extrapolate from what limited data are available. Some insist that those extrapolations establish 250k as the bare minimum, and suggest the true number could be up to a million. Others are skeptical of the methodology and think it's more like 25,000. I have no idea myself. But I will make a couple observations. First, I haven't seen anyone on the skeptic side make an attempt at a better extrapolation. Maybe someone has, if so feel free to share in the replies. Second, though, I'm getting strong Boudicca of Dundee vibes from the methodological skeptics. Very similar feeling to the people insisting that Sophie was a violent little criminal slag. Turns out no, the terrified 12 year old girl was brandishing weapons in an attempt to defend herself from a Bulgarian Muslim gypsy who'd just assaulted her sister, against a background of gypsy rape gangs preying on local girls. That isn't evidence for 250k of course. I'm just saying, it really feels like the same kind of people doing the same kind of thing.

@groknyc No, many demographics are less criminally inclined irrespective of poverty. They also exhibit less ingroup preference toward criminals even if those criminals prioritise attacking outgroups. Some have concepts like Taqiyya and Kitman, to justify lying to hide coethnic crime.

@zetzugami there's a difference to being in a gang based on your race and applying criminality to an entire race, yes? i am not denying the first happens of course. poverty, not race, is a much better determiner of likelihood to commit crimes and has material connection to why people do so.

Being part of the Mafia in the 20s was very much determined by if you were Irish, Jewish or Italian. Also if a particular demographic has higher consanguinity, they have more criminal children.

"Asians have really high levels of birth defects due to incest" sounds better

In research done in Florida, All White Juries convicted Blacks at a rate of 81% vs 66% for Whites. When at least ONE Black American is on the jury, conviction rates are 71% Black & 73% White. The REAL Research Finding is that All White Juries show SIGNIFICANT BIAS Against Blacks.

I'm pointing out that the Native American Indian identity is purified by this rubric. A white person stealing privilege from a system that is specifically meant to disenfranchise them is seen as bad.
