@dcook Has a herniated disk been ruled out? A few years ago I had a similar experience and ended up in the ER + surgery + hospital stay due to delayed MRI...after *emergency* MRI + surgery, pain was gone then no pain meds needed.

I am using the Block Bindings API --> after watching developer hours videos and viewing the supplemental notes from @justintadlock and @nickmdiego -- I was able to get the parts (post_meta, block variation) working properly in my "synced pattern override".
