@PowerOfDaPenny @GreereMedeea Try castor oil put on packs that wrap around your limbs etc. Amazon sells them in kits that have one for all body parts. Research it first to be sure, all I know is it seems to be a miracle cure. But hexane free, cold pressed and in a dark glass bottle if you get some.
